Project process

You contact us with your enquiry and tell us more about your needs. We help with everything from smaller to larger projects that require more documentation and planning. Then we book an appointment for a visit.

We start by visiting the site to get an overall picture of the project’s conditions and an in-depth understanding of your needs, which forms the basis for energy and lighting calculations. Based on our assessment, we prepare a document that we send to our customer support and/or our lighting designers.

Exaktor produces all the necessary documentation, design and lighting calculations. For customisations, we review the adaptations of our products and whether we need to add anything. Should a customisation involve a change in luminous flux or light image, we use our goniophotometer to ensure that the result is what we promise. Then we send a quote to a selected wholesaler or a cost proposal for the implementation of the project directly to you as a customer.

You receive a quote and lighting calculation from the wholesaler.
We follow up and ensure that the documentation has arrived and everything is correct.

When the products are delivered, we are available for support and also help with programming and training for use as agreed.

After the delivery is completed, we always perform a follow-up to ensure that everything is in place and working properly.
