“It’s about products that work”
The property in Malmö has in the last two years been transformed from a giant warehouse for soft drinks to a super-efficient production unit. Here is a fantastic light where even the company’s own palm tree can thrive and grow.
Calle Lundholm from Elcentralen Alm & Nilsson says:
“The property was renovated in 2019 and we have just completed the two-year inspection without any problems. That’s exactly why I choose lighting from Exaktor – it’s about products that work. I do not want to return to the customer for any problems after the installation is complete!”
An odd detail is the company’s own, huge palm tree. To illuminate it so that it could grow and thrive required a little extra planning.
“When I was asked if we could plan the lighting solution for a palm tree, I spontaneously thought of a small plant lighting that stands on the floor”, laughs Rickard Bengtsson from Exaktor. “When it then turned out to be a large tree, several meters high, a little more resources were required!”
The solution for the entire production facility is the Tage luminaire and the end result is a light and airy environment that fits the specialized production.
Lighting from Exaktor has been installed in other parts of the building. The light panel Moln has been installed in a suspended ceiling in the stairwell. In the corridors the downlight Ymir is installed and inside the toilets it is the mirror lighting Mimas that lights up.
And what happened to the company palm tree? In the ceiling above it, some Tage luminaires with a light color of 6000K were specially installed and the palm tree thrives again!
